My name is Susanna Massie Thomas.
I’m the founder of The Heard Leader, a Certified Mindset and Leadership Coach, and a lifelong horsewoman. I help women professionals who feel stuck, or unheard to reconnect with their gut, discover their authentic voice, and develop grounded leadership skills from the inside out so they gain the recognition they deserve, and achieve the results they want — without burning out, losing themselves, or feeling like they have to push harder to be seen.
Blending my background in the Fortune 500 arena as well as in the non-profit world, along with my life- long experience with horses, I approach these challenges in two different but complementary ways:

I lead experiential group workshops and retreats where horses serve as dynamic partners in self-awareness, growth, and leadership development, creating transformative. non-mounted learning experiences that stay with you long after the session ends.
Whether we're working directly with horses or applying what horses can teach figuratively, you'll get the space to slow down, hear yourself think, find your voice, so you can start showing up in a way that's congruent and authentic.
