There are a number of ways to explore the Path of the Horse: Each approach has its merits. All have one goal: To help you navigate and overcome challenges so you can achieve the outcomes of your choosing.
Coaching: One-on-one or group coaching with EL.I assessments.
Workshops: ½ day and full day EAL (Equine Assisted Learning/Leadership) experiences with facilitation. Take one of our themed workshops, or call to customize your own.
Retreats: 2 ½ day EAL (Equine Assisted Learning/Leadership) experiences with facilitation and other modalities such as meditation, yoga, journaling, etc. Take one of our themed retreats, or call to customize your own.

The Energy Leadership Index™ or ELI, is a research backed attitudinal assessment tool created by Bruce Schneider, founder of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) that leads people in 70 questions to rate themselves on their beliefs, self-perceptions, emotional reaction tendencies, and behavior patterns.
